The leadership team from Eglise de la Brie (Lorenzo,
Marie-Alice, Eric, Sandrine, Anlo, Sam, Jonathan, Perrine, Carine, Fiso,
Marion, Stephane, Ricardo and Chad) were in Atlanta recently for the Drive
Conference at North Point Community Church.
Daryl and Betsy hosted an event at their home during this time, which
was attended by around 60 people.
Our
team had a great opportunity to meet the people we will be working with on our
trip, to learn more about Eglise de la Brie, and to experience a bit of Bi Dieu
Dul, which is Eglise de la Brie’s version of KidStuff (where parents go with
the children to learn about God).
Sandrine (who with her husband had lived for 6 years in China sharing
their faith) spoke on why they returned from China to France.
Here's a fact that will shock you: There are more practicing Christians in China
than there are currently in France. This
fact reinforced why the mission of Eglise de la Brie is
so important and why we feel called to go there and support them.
